Claudia leads Credit Operations and Risk at Doc2Doc, bringing over two decades of experience across credit strategy, operations, and vendor oversight. She has held leadership roles at institutions including Chase, Bank of America, and Wells Fargo, as well as in high-growth fintech environments.
Before joining Doc2Doc, Claudia helped scale unsecured personal lending at Health Credit Services and later Ally Lending, where she oversaw third-party servicing and performance management. Earlier in her career, she played foundational roles at Bill Me Later (now PayPal Credit), and led credit risk operations at Wells Fargo and MBNA.
Claudia is known for her analytical rigor, customer-first approach, and calm leadership style. She is energized by solving complex challenges and building operational scale that supports sustainable growth. She resides in San Diego, CA.
