How do I register for my online portal?
Signing up for access is quick and the most convenient way to keep track of your account. Please have your Doc2Doc Lending Welcome Letter available to register. Your funds have to be disbursed in order for you to register for your servicing account.
What are my payment options?
- Set up autopay today and receive a 0.25% interest rate reduction. This will also ensure on-time payments and no late fees
- Make a one-time payment online
- Call us at (877) 205-8985 to make a payment over the phone. Please have your ACH checking account information ready.
- Bill pay through your bank’s online bill pay service
- Mail a payment to Doc2Doc Lending PO BOX 679220, Dallas, TX 75267
Having a financial hardship?
Can I change my 1st loan payment’s due date?
Yes, your first payment defaults to be due 30 days after your funds are disbursed. If you would like to extend it to 45 days after disbursement, please login to your secure portal and request a due date change through the online borrower portal or you can call to request: (877) 205-8985
Can I borrow additional funding?
Yes, in order to borrow again, you need to have made 2 on-time consecutive payments on your current loan and your existing loan must be in good standing. Please submit a new application for the additional requested amount. The additional loan request must not exceed our maximum. (25k In Training, 50k Bridge, 100k In Practice)
Can I refinance my loan?
Is there a prepayment penalty?
No, there is no prepayment penalty. You can pay the loan off at any point and just pay the interest that accrued until that point. The credit agreement will reflect the scenario if you held the loan for the full 60 months.
