Meet The Team
Dr. Yong earned his Medical Degree and Master of Business Administration at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. He completed his internship in General Surgery at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston and completed his residency in Anesthesiology at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, where he was named Chief Resident, an FAER Scholar and a Distinguished Resident. Dr. Yong completed his fellowship in Pain Medicine at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. He completed his Bachelor of Arts in Biology at the University of Texas at Austin.
Additionally, Dr. Yong has served as Chairman on the Scientific Advisory Board at axialHealthcare. His research interests include neuromodulation, opioid management strategies and global health. He loves to travel, cook and play sports with his family.
