Emmanuel is a global fintech and consumer-finance executive with 20 years of experience building, advising, and scaling technology-enabled businesses. As founder and CEO of MPOWER Financing, he grew the company from inception into a pre-IPO platform with more than $50 million in annual revenue, $1 billion financed, two publicly rated securitizations, and a team of more than 300 employees across the United States and India.
His expertise spans business leadership, growth strategy, product development, credit, operations, capital markets, and strategic partnerships. Earlier in his career, Emmanuel worked in financial services at McKinsey across the United States, Europe, and Sub-Saharan Africa, and in healthcare financing at Capital One in the United States. Passionate about using business and technology to create meaningful impact, he is committed to expanding financial inclusion and access to higher education.
