Joel Tompkins is a healthcare executive and certified registered nurse anesthetist with extensive leadership experience across anesthesia services, clinical operations, and healthcare strategy. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of LaaSy Health, a platform that helps consumers access and afford the healthcare they need through greater transparency and cost-effective solutions.
Joel also serves as a Senior Advisor at NorthStar Anesthesia, where he has held multiple executive leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Client Officer, and President of Client Services. His experience spans clinical care, business operations, provider relations, and healthcare innovation.
Joel earned his MSN in Nurse Anesthesia from the University of Pittsburgh and his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Capital University.
